About Grinnell FiberWorks
Pictures of the new shop soon!
Our new space at 803 4th Avenue (just across the street from 831 Main) promises to be charming, bright and warm! The 16 foot ceiling has its original tin and begs to be painted like an appliqued quilt!
In the near future we will have a great classroom/workroom area upstairs for classes and meetings. Until then our mobile displays can be rolled out of the way for a class or getogether right at the front of the shop, surrounded with fabric!
We will miss the exteme spaciousness of 831 Main, but we won't miss the utility bills!
Batiks from Hoffman, Lunn Studios, Island Batik, Tonga

We also carrys an array of cotton voiles, tempting Hanamomen Japanese fabrics that look and feel like linen, silk and bark cloth. Authentic Australian and African inspired prints are very popular.
